repair and maintenance of property by strata corporation

Section 2.1.1

The strata corporation must repair and maintain common assets of the strata corporation including but not limited to the Clubhouse facilities (which include the Treehouse complex, the pools and the hot tubs), recreational facilities (which include the parks, picnic areas, basketball and tennis courts, and ponds), patio furniture, picnic tables, garbage shed and maintenance buildings.
